电针对改善肺癌疼痛患者睡眠质量的疗效观察

Study on the Effect of Electro Acupuncture in Improving Sleep Quality of Patients with Lung Cancer-related Pain

目的 观察电针治疗对改善肺癌疼痛患者睡眠质量的临床疗效.方法 将2012年8月～ 2015年5月间笔者医院收治的100例存在睡眠障碍的肺癌疼痛患者作为研究对象,应用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例.对照组给予三阶梯镇痛治疗并联合唑吡坦片改善睡眠质量,观察组在此基础上给予电针治疗,4周后对两组的疼痛程度评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分及抑郁焦虑程度评分进行比较.结果 治疗后观察组NRS、PSQI、SAS及SDS值显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）,治疗后观察组的睡眠总改善率及疼痛缓解程度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 电针治疗可以有效改善肺癌疼痛患者睡眠质量,并能在一定程度上缓解患者焦虑和抑郁等负面情绪.

Objective To explore the effect of electro acupuncture in improving sleep quality of patients with lung cancer-related pain.Methods 100 patients with lung cancer-related pain in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group from August 2012 to May 2015,50 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with three ladder analgesic therapy and combined with Zolpidem to improve sleep quality,while the patients in observation group were treated with electro acupuncture based on the control group.The pain score,Pittsburgh sleep quality score and the score of depression and anxiety of the patients in two groups were compared after 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the score of NRS,SAS,PSQI and SDS of the patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01）.The total improvement rate of sleep quality and the degree of pain relief of patients in observation group were superior to the patients in control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Electro acupuncture therapy can effectively improve sleep quality of patients with lung cancer-related pain,and to some extent,it can alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression.
