摘要
以喷气织机织造生产过程为例,介绍了喷气织造车间运行管理方法,以及有效降低成本,提高生产效益所采取的方法和措施。通过5S管理实践,织造生产效用及效果明显提高,大大提高了喷气织造面料产品的质量。
The operation management method of the air jet weaving workshop, the effective way to reduce the cost and the measures of the improvement for the production efficiency were introduced. Through the 5S management practice, the weaving production utility and effect were improved obviously. The quality of the fabrics produced by the air jet loom was greatly improved.
