摘要
【目的】研究鱼粉代乳对7-21日龄小尾寒羊羔羊生长及血液生化指标的影响。【方法】选取12只初生重为(3.45±0.72)kg的小尾寒羊公羔随机分为两组,每组6只,喂给牛奶粉代乳或鱼粉代乳,测定羔羊的体增重和血液生化指标。【结果】鱼粉代乳羔羊的干物质自由采食量和平均日增重分别下降了38.0%(P〈0.01)和35.8%(P〈0.01);鱼粉代乳组的血糖、尿素氮、白蛋白、球蛋白和总蛋白含量分别下降42.6%(P〈0.01)、12.6(P〈0.05)、34.7(P〈0.01)、32.2(P〈0.01)和33.6(P〈0.01)。【结论】鱼粉代乳组的自由采食量、平均日增重和血液生化指标均低于牛奶粉代乳组。
【Objective】To study the effects of fish meal substitute on the growth and blood biochemical indices of 7- 21 day's Small Tail Han sheep lambs.【Method】Twelve Small Tail Han sheep lambs with birth body weight( 3. 45 ± 0. 72) kg were randomly divided into 2 groups( n = 6 each group),and dried- milk substitute or fish meal substitute were fed respectively,after that the body weight gain and blood biochemical indices were measured.【Result】The voluntary intake and average daily gain with fish meal substitute group were decreased by 38. 0%( P〈0. 01) and 35. 8%( P〈0. 01) respectively,the Glu,BUN,ALB,GLDB and TP with fish meal substitute group were decreased by 42. 6%( P〈0. 01),12. 6( P〈0. 05),34. 7( P〈0. 01),32. 2( P〈0. 01) and 33. 6( P〈0. 01) respectively.【Conclusion】The voluntary intake,average daily gain and blood biochemical indices on fish substitute was obviously inferior to that on dried milk substitute.
