摘要
以小白鼠的肾脏为研究对象,小鼠血清细胞中肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(uric acid)的质量浓度为指标,探讨全氟辛烷磺酸钾(PFOS-K)对小鼠肾脏功能性指标的损伤作用.分别以剂量6、12、24mg/kg的PFOS-K混悬液为实验组,以剂量20mg/kg 2%Tween80为阴性对照组、20mg/kg NaN3为阳性对照组,每天给小鼠经口灌胃一次,连续染毒20d后,检测肾脏脏器系数,以及血清中肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸质量浓度的变化.结果显示,与阴性对照组相比,PFOSK使小鼠肾脏脏器系数增大,血清肌酐、尿素氮和尿酸的质量浓度增大,且呈现一定的剂量-效应关系(r脏器系数=0.936,r肌酐=0.924,r尿素氮=0.986,r尿酸=0.934).可见,PFOS-K造成了小鼠肾脏的损伤,影响了肾脏的功能.
To investigate oxidative damage to the kidney function index of mice induced by PFOS-K,the mice were gavaged with three doses of PFOS-K(6,12,24mg/kg),20mg/kg 2%tween80(as negative control group)and 20mg/kg NaN3(as positive control group)once a day.The kidney organ coefficient was measured and the mass concentration of creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid were detected after 20 days.The results indicated that,compared with negative control group,PFOS-K enable the kidney organ coefficient,the mass concentration of serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and uric acid to increase,and it showed a dose-response relationship.It is clear that PFOSK can cause the damage of the kidney and affect the function of the kidney.
