摘要
为研究铁尾矿利用效率、价值及安全性,对比了石英砂、河砂、北京密云铁尾矿砂、河北迁安铁尾矿砂作为细骨料制备砂浆与UHPC的性能.实验结果表明,2种尾矿砂物化性能均符合我国《建筑用砂》(GB/T14684-2011)标准;原始级配的两种尾矿砂制备出的标准砂浆强度低于河砂砂浆,除去-0.15mm部分的尾矿砂制备出的UHPC强度略低于石英砂UHPC,但远高于河砂UHPC,证明尾矿砂可作为细骨料应用于混凝土中.
To investigate the utilization efficiency,value and safety of iron ore tailings,the performances of mortar and UHPC with two different kinds of iron ore tailings,river sand and quartz sand as fine aggregate are compared.The experimental results show that the properties of the two kinds of iron ore tailings both conform to the building sand GB/T14684-2011 standard of China.The strength of mortar prepared by the two kinds of iron ore tailings based on the original grading is lower than that prepared by river sand.However,when the-0.15 mm part of iron ore tailings is removed,the strength of UHPC with iron ore tailings is slightly lower than that of UHPC with quartz sand,but far higher than that of river sand,proving that the iron ore tailings can be used as fine aggregate in concrete.
