负压封闭引流技术在创面植皮中的应用 被引量:18

摘要 目的探讨负压封闭引流技术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)应用于自体植皮术(尤其是特殊部位植皮手术)的临床效果。方法收集我院自2014年3月至2015年3月各种原因导致的皮肤软组织缺损创面的患者29例,包括头颈部、关节等部位,自体植皮术后使用VSD治疗,通过记录患者治疗后的皮片存活情况、并发症发生等指标来评价VSD的治疗效果。结果 29例自体植皮术后使用VSD治疗患者效果良好,首次皮片完全存活率为86.2%,无二次植皮手术者,无严重并发症发生。结论自体植皮术后使用VSD治疗,皮片存活良好,对患者日常生活影响小,效果满意,有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To determine the clinical outcome of vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in autologous skin grafting, especially the grafting in special areas. Methods A total of 29 patients with skin soft tissue defects ( including head and neck, joints and other parts) caused by various reasons aum^LLcu m uu~ hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were enrolled in this study. They all received autologous skin grafting and then VSD. The survival of skin graft and incidences of complications were recorded to evaluate the effect of VSD. Results All 29 patients achieved good outcomes after autologous skin grafting combined with VSD. The rate of all skin graft survival was 86.2%, and no second skin grafting or serious complications occurred. Conclusion VSD applied after autologous skin grafting promotes the skin graft survival, and has few effect on the daily life of the patients. The overall outcome is satisfactory, and thus, VSD presents to be valuable in clinical application.
