摘要
根据采油现场的实际工况,融合多种无线技术,设计了采油井场从数据采集、控制到上传的抽油机无线测控系统。提出了基于无线技术的抽油机测控系统架构,详细介绍了系统中每一层的无线解决方案。同时,系统使用了四象限共直流母线技术,进一步提高了系统的稳定性,降低了系统能耗。该系统的研制解决了采油现场安装布线困难的问题,减少了工程实施时间,降低了工程成本;解决了长期困扰油田井场线缆设备易被破坏、偷盗的问题,有效保证了油气开采设备的安全。
According to actual working condition of oilfield site, a wireless pumping unit monitoring and control system from data acquisition, control to upload is designed by converging multiple wireless technologies. One monitoring and control system framework based on wireless technology for pumping unit is proposed. The wireless solutions for every layer of system are introduced in detail. Four quadrant common DC bus technology is applied in system to further improve system stability and decrease system energy consumption. The development of wireless pumping unit monitoring and control system solves the problem of wire distribution at oilfield site with reduction of construction time and engineering cost. Problems of equipments easily being destroyed and stolen are solved with system application. The safety of oilgagas production equipment is guaranteed efficiently.
