摘要
通过对高压差迷宫式调节阀的理论研究,结合流体力学相关理论,对迷宫流道的结构特征和设计依据进行了阐述,并提出了迷宫流道扩张系数对阀门性能的影响。建立单个迷宫流道的三维模型,并采用CFD流体分析软件对不同扩展系数下介质在迷宫流道内部流动情况进行模拟计算,获得内部流场分布情况,进而确定流道扩张系数对介质流动特性的影响情况。
Structure characteristics and design basis of labyrinth path are expounded through theoretical study on high differential pressure of labyrinth regulating valve with combination of fluid mechanics theory, and influence of expansion coefficient on valve performance is proposed. Single 3D model with labyrinth path is constructed. Simulation calculation on distribution of internal flow in labyrinth path is conducted with CFD fluid analysis software for medium with different expansion coefficient. Inner flow field distribution is obtained with further determination of influence of expansion coefficient on medium flow characteristics.
