摘要
以在建的某万吨级合成项目的工艺模块化装置为例,阐述了模块化制造技术相比于传统制造技术的优势,对仪控专业在模块化制造中的相关技术进行了介绍,主要包括:仪控设备选型,仪控三维设计,控制系统模块化、仪控设备的安装调试等。通过不断创新和实践,克服了模块化制造中的众多技术难题,该在建项目对探索工业装置的模块化建造具有典型的工程实际参考价值。
Compared with traditional manufacturing technology, advantages of modular construction technology are elaborated with one under-construction ten thousand tons synthesizing project as example. Relative technologies of instrument and control (I&C) in modular construction are introduced including I&C devices selection, I&C 3D design, control system modularity, installation and testing of I&C etc. Many technical problems have been solved in modular construction through continuous innovation and practice. This under- construction project provides a practical reference for typical engineering for modular construction on exploring construction of industrial installation.
