摘要
本文在给定的工资增长率,寿命和健康水平的条件下,建立具个人如何选择最优退休年龄的生命周期模型.文中证明个人在给定的条件下存在一个最优的退休年龄,个人最优退休年龄随工资增长率和个人的寿命延长而增加.
In this paper, a life-cycle model with retirement is setup to inquire how the individual optimally chooses the optimal retiring age facing the given wage growth rate,longevity and healthy state. It is proved that there exists optimal retiring age under given conditions. We show that the retiring age increases with respect to the wage growth rate and the longevity in given conditions.
