国际能源供应实践对我国新型城镇能源供应的启示

摘要 我国推进新型城镇化必然推进能源供应体系改造与升级。通过分析我国城镇能源供应体系现状,发现其存在着结构不合理、能源输送损失及安全稳定隐患、可再生能源核心技术开发能力不足与市场化程度低等瓶颈问题。分析国外城镇能源供应典型案例的多元化能源供应体系、能源本土化体系、多种能源互补供应模式、强化能源供应技术研发等有益经验,提出我国应加强城镇多元化能源供应体系建设,确保城镇能源结构优化,供给持续充足,系统安全稳定,技术先进实用。 China's New-type Urbanization promotes inevitably the transformation and upgrading of energy supply system. By analyzing the current situation of China's urban energy supply system, found some bottleneck problem, such as unreasonable structure, energy transmission loss, the security and stability problems and low marketization degree. The paper analyzes the practice of international urban energy supply, and then proposes that China should strengthen the construction of urban diversification of energy supply system and ensure optimization of the urban energy structure, abundance and continuance of supply, security and stability of system and advance and practicality of technology.
