中医综合护理对急性冠脉综合征患者效果观察

目的探讨中医综合护理对急性冠脉综合征患者效果的影响。方法 82例急性冠脉综合征患者,随机分为对照组和观察组均41例,对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上予中医综合护理。结果两组焦虑评分治疗前比较,无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间及护理满意度比较,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理对急性冠脉综合征患者效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of tcm comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods 82 patients with acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 41 cases, The control group received routine nursing, The observation group received routine nursing and comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese Medicine. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment （ P 〉 0.05） , After treatment, the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,The time of hospitalization and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared, The observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The effect of TCM Comprehensive Nursing on patients with acute coronary syndrome is distinct.
