摘要
中英西南基础教育项目是针对中国西南少数民族地区开展的一项教育援助项目。根据"女性领导力行动研究"调研中获得的信息,西南少数民族地区女教师不足1/3,女校长更是奇缺。为此,本文提出少数民族地区学校女性领导力提升的本土化策略思考:从试点到推广,实现自下而上与自上而下的联动;基于共同利益的性别平等目标建构;建立国家、省、县多层级及多元化的工作团队;从女性的真实困境和内在需求出发提升领导力。
SEEP is an education assistance project carried out in southwestern ethnic regions of China. According to the data of the action research of female leadership,female teachers in southwestern ethnic regions are less than 1 /3 of the total number,and headmistress is scarce. Therefore,the localized strategy of developing school female leadership in these regions has been proposed. It includes 1) realizing a bottom-up and top-down coordinated development of school female leadership through pilot project and promotion; 2) setting up the goal of gender equality based on common interest; 3) setting up diversified working teams at the State,provincial and county levels; and 4) developing female leadership in accordance with female's actual difficulties and demands.
