少数民族地区高职院校产城教融合的理论基础与实践探索

Theoretical Basis and Practical Exploration of the Integration of Industry,Urbanization and Education in Ethnic Minority Regions

少数民族大学生就业难与民族地区人才短缺之间的结构性矛盾是制约少数民族地区发展的重要瓶颈。本文在分析产教融合、产城融合、城教融合和三螺旋理论的基础上,结合少数民族地区产业、新型城镇化和高等职业教育的内在关系提出产城教融合理论。通过高职教育、区域产业、新型城镇化建设三者之间的互动与共荣关系,实现少数民族地区经济与社会发展、民族文化的传承与创新、少数民族大学生就业与创业。

The structural contradiction between employment problems of minority university students and talent shortage of ethnic regions is a serious bottleneck to hinder the development of ethnic regions. On the basis of analyzing the triple helix theory of integration of industry and city,integration of industry and education and integration of city and education,this paper puts forward a theory of integrating industry,urbanization and education according to the internal relationship among industry,new urbanization and higher vocational education in ethnic regions. It points out that the interaction and common prosperity of higher vocational education,regional industry and new urbanization can enhance economic and social development,inheritance and innovation of ethnic culture as well as employment and entrepreneurship of minority university students in ethnic regions.
