简单介绍了全自动粉焦刮板机控制系统设计,以及自投入运行以来到现在出现的问题。通过对走行齿轮轨道、变频器参数的调整、PLC程序的修改和刮板的优化改造,进一步提高粉焦刮板机的运行效果。减少粉焦刮板机的故障对焦炉生产和水熄焦焦炭的质量带来的影响。
The control system design and problems since putting into use of the fullautomatic coke breeze scraper are briefly introduced. Through adjustment of the gear rack andfrequency converter, modification of PLC program and optimizing transformation of the scrapingboard, the operation performance of the scraper device was further improved and the impact ofthe scraper faults on coking production and CDQ quality was reduced.
