降低制氢装置焦炉煤气损耗的探讨与实践

摘要 针对制氢装置生产实际运行过程中原料气损耗大的问题,结合现场情况,通过探讨与实践工艺技术改进方法,解决了粗脱工序吸附塔再生后温度高的问题,提高了氢气回收率,实现了富余及不合格氢气全部回收利用,降低了焦炉煤气损耗。 The hydrogen generating device consumes much raw fuel during productionoperation. Based on actual field condition and through discussion and process optimization, theproblem of excessive high temperature after regeneration of the absorption tower in rough removalprocess was solved, which has improved hydrogen yield, achieved full recovery of abundantand under-quality hydrogen and reduced coking gas consumption.
