摘要
针对汽车刮水电机日益凸显的温升热问题,应用Fluent有限元仿真软件,在电机损耗的基础上,计算分析电机的三维温升分布,确定了温升最高点。计算结果对同类电机冷却系统的设计具有重要的工程实用性。
Focus on the increasingly prominent thermal problem of the wiper motor, the author uses finite element simulation software Fluent to simulate the 3D temperature distribution in the motor based on the motor loss, and then identifies the highest temperature spot. The result has important engineering practieahilily in designing similar cooling system.
