摘要 目的优化甘肃文县产纹党Codonopsis pilosula的产地初加工工艺。方法建立18批样品的HPLC指纹图谱,高效液相色谱-串联质谱(HPLC-MS/MS)法对色谱峰进行鉴定,DPPH法测定抗氧化活性,偏最小二乘(PLS)法分析谱效关系。结果 HPLC指纹图谱中有26个共有峰,其中有9个特征峰对抗氧化活性的贡献较大,尤以党参炔苷为最。结论最佳产地初加工工艺为鲜纹党在80℃烘至鲜药材净重的64%后,50℃下烘至恒重。 AIM To optimize the habitat primary processing technology of Codonopsis pilosula collected from Wen County,Gansu Province.METHODS The HPLC fingerprints of eighteen patches of samples were established,whose chromatographic peaks were identified by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS).The antioxidant activity was determined by DPPH method.And partial least squares(PLS) was applied to analyzing the spectrum-effect relationship.RESULTS There were twenty-six common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints.Among them,nine characteristic peaks made great contributions to antioxidant activity,especially for lobetyolin.CONCLUSION The best habitat primary processing technology is that fresh Codonopsis pilosula is baked to 64% of wet weight at 80 ℃ and then to constant weight at 50 ℃.
