摘要
目的建立HPLC法同时测定老鹳草Geranium wilfordii Maxim.、牻牛儿苗Erodium stephanianum Willd.和野老鹳草Geranium carolinianum L.中没食子酸、原儿茶酸、柯里拉京、老鹳草素、鞣花酸、金丝桃苷和槲皮素的含有量。方法分析采用Agilent 5TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1 m L/min;检测波长280 nm(0~32 min)、360 nm(32~62 min);柱温30℃。SPSS17.0软件进行数据分析。结果3种老鹳草中7种成分含有量均依次为老鹳草素〉柯里拉京〉鞣花酸〉没食子酸〉原儿茶酸〉金丝桃苷〉槲皮素。其中,没食子酸、槲皮素含有量呈显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论 7种成分含有量在牻牛儿苗和野老鹳草中相近,而在老鹳草中较低。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determining the contents of gallic acid,protocatechuic acid,corilagin,geraniin,ellagic acid,hyperoside and quercetin in Geranium wilfordii Maxim.,Erodium stephanianum Willd.and Geranium carolinianum L..METHODS The analysis was performed on an Agilent C18column(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4 with gradient elution,flow rate was 1 m L/min,detection wavelengths were set at 280 nm(0-32 min) and 360 nm(32-62 min),and column temperature was maintaned at 30 ℃.SPSS17.0 software was used for data analysis.RESULTS The contents of seven constituents in three kinds of cranesbill were all in sequence of geraniin corilagin ellagic acid gallic acid protocatechuic acid hyperoside quercetin.Among them,the contents of gallic acid and quercetin showed significant differeces(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION The contents of seven constituents are similar in E.stephanianum and G.carolinianum,which are lower in G.wilfordii.
