Research on Installation and Construction Technology of Self-supporting Steel Bar Truss Formwork

自支撑钢筋桁架模板是通过工厂加工,由焊制的钢筋桁架和镀锌钢板底模组合而成,钢筋桁架高度可调,可满足不同跨度要求的支模钢度和强度,满足混凝土的浇筑。文章结合工程实例,介绍自支撑钢筋桁架模板体系的施工操作要点及特点。

Self-supporting steel truss formwork,which is processed in factories, is made of combining welded steel truss and galvanized steel board bottom mode. With its adjustable height, this kind of steel truss formwork can meet the different span requirements of sub-formwork＇s rigidity and strength, and the requirement of concrete pouring. Based on the working examples, this paper introduces the major operational points and characteristics of the self-supporting steel bar truss formwork system.
