降钙素原在糖皮质激素治疗后白细胞增高个体中的检测意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)检测对判断糖皮质激素治疗个体外周血白细胞升高是由于糖皮质激素作用还是发生细菌感染的意义。方法采用双抗夹心免疫荧光法检测血清PCT。结果抗生素治疗72h前,PCT为(6.08±4.39)×106μg/L,治疗后PCT为(0.52±0.24)×106μg/L,治疗前后对比,PCT明显下降,差异有统计学意义(t=30.848 5,P<0.01)。结论 PCT可以作为鉴定糖皮质激素治疗个体感染性或非感染性白细胞升高的重要辅助指标,可以早期发现感染,连续监测血清PCT水平可以指导抗生素用药并且能判断疗效和预后。 Objective To explore the significance of serum procalcitonin(PCT)in those patients with increased leukocytes after glucocorticoid therapy,which would help to identify whether such increased leukocytes are caused by glucocorticoid or bacterial infections.Methods Serum PCT was detected by using double-antibody sandwich immunofluorescence.Results The concentration of PCT was(6.08±4.39) ×10^6μg/L 72 hours prior to antibiotic treatment,and(0.52±0.24) ×10^6μg/L after treatment,significantly decreased(t=30.848 5,P〈0.01).Conclusion PCT is an important indicator to differentiate the patients with increased leukocytes after glucocorticoid therapy with infections from those without infections,which can be used for infection diagnosis in early stage,while continuous monitoring of serum PCT levels can guide antibiotic therapy and help to predict the treatment efficacy and prognosis.
