摘要
为提高继续教育的效益水平,本文运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法,提出了继续教育外部绩效模糊评价模型。模型给出的外部绩效分为经济效益、人才效益、社会公共效益、社会教育效益四方面,其中,人才效益是影响外部绩效最重要的因素。最后利用模型对调查院校进行实证分析,以验证评价体系的合理性,并根据评价结果找出继续教育存在的问题,为政府制定教育改革措施提供借鉴。
In order to improve the level of effectiveness of Continuing Education , this paper puts forward a fuzzy evaluation model for external performance of Continuing Education by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods .The model includes economic , talent , social public and social education benefits , in which talent benefit is the most important of external performance .Finally , an empirical analysis is made to verify the reasonableness of the evaluation system for Continuing Edu -cation , and identify the problems based on evaluation results , providing the reference for the govern-ment to develop Continuing Education .
