农村劳动力转移与水果生产要素的弹性关系

The Elasticity of Labor Emigration on Fruit Production

通过超越对数成本函数,从价格效应、配置效应以及结构效应实证分析了劳动力转移与水果生产要素的弹性关系。研究结果表明:劳动力转移所造成的劳动力价格上涨会导致水果生产成本的放大性增长,且随着劳动力的转移,果农在增加物质与服务要素投入的同时减少了土地投入。值得注意的是:与粮食生产不同,水果生产过程中出现的物质与服务要素投入增加,并非是农业机械对于劳动力的替代,而是农药、化肥及其他费用的替代,即呈现出的一种由"劳动力密集型"向"资本密集型"的转变趋势。

Through the cost function , the paper analyzed the elasticity of labor emigration on fruit pro-duction by the price effect , the allocation effect and the structure effect .The results showed that：the rise of labor price caused by labor emigration will lead to amplification in the cost of fruit production;farmers will increase the input of materiality and services elements , and reduce the land input .It is noteworthy that, the increase of materiality and services elements in the process of fruit production substitutes labor with the pesticide , fertilizer and other costs , instead of agricultural machinery , in other words , the devel-opment of fruit production presents a trend form “labor intensive” to “capital intensive”.
