地域社会学视角下的乡村都市化与村落转型

Rural Urbanization and Village Transformation in the Perspective of Regional Sociology

基于地域社会学视角审视中国乡村都市化进程,以地域社会分析框架从地域动力机制、社会样态及整合机制三个维度系统性考察超级村庄及城中村两种特殊地域社会类型。超级村庄是典型的市场导向内生模式,而城中村则属于行政驱动外生型模式;超级村庄地域社会样态呈现一种城乡衔接带特征,而实践中的城中村则是一种新型都市村社共同体样态;超级村庄通过一种后集体主义整合机制实现集体不散的神话,而城中村则通过复调型整合机制实现暂时性秩序,最终实现类贫民窟式的流动人口聚居区向现代城市社区转型。中国多元城镇化战略不仅要求学术界突破城乡二元对立的传统理论范式,也成为中国政府能否在城乡统筹意识话语中突破单向度发展主义模式和传统城乡二元体制的制度壁垒从而真正实现人的城镇化之实践试金石。

Based on regional social perspective , this paper examines the process of rural urbanization in China and analyzes regional social framework from the regional dynamic mechanism , social state and inte-gration mechanism system in three dimensions to study super village and urban village .First of all , on the dynamic mechanism of regional perspective , the super village is a typical market-oriented endogenous mode, and the urban village belongs to the administrative exogenous mode;secondly, super regional vil-lage social state showing a convergence of urban and rural characteristics , and in the practice of urban village is a new urban village community like state;third, on the regional integration mechanism;the su-per dimension , through a village after the collective integration mechanism to realize the collectivism scat-tered the myth , the urban villages through the polyphonic integration mechanism of the temporary order , and ultimately the slum like the floating population community transition to a modern city community;fi-nally , Chinese urbanization strategy has become the touchstone of Chinese government , to breaks not only urban and rural split , but also one dimensional developmentalism and the traditional system of urban -ru-ral dualism so as to realize urbanization .
