BIM技术的工程应用是建筑工业化推动信息化发展的必然要求,这就给传统的土木工程专业人才培养提出了新的要求.本文针对房屋建筑学课程如何引入BIM技术适应行业发展的需要进行了探讨,提出了借助BIM平台进行房屋建筑学课程改革创新的方案,让学生了解并运用BIM技术完成房屋建筑学课程设计,推动知识体系的更新.

BIM technology is the development of information technology to promote the industrializationof building an inevitable requirement, which gives the traditional Civil Engineering PersonnelTraining proposed new requirements. In this paper had discussed ways to introduce BIM Building intoArchitecture Curricula which is to meet the needs of the technology industry , and proposed that BuildingArchitecture course reform and innovation program with BIM platform. Enable students to understandand use BIM technology to complete Building Architecture Curricula design, to promote knowledgesystem update.
