复合材料层板沉头连接钉载分配影响因素研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过ABAQUS软件建立了多钉沉头螺栓连接三维有限元模型,对复合材料层合板与金属板多钉连接结构进行拉伸性能分析,计算了沉头连接的钉载分配情况,并就钉孔间隙、螺栓扭矩、沉头比等因素对钉载分配的影响进行分析。结果表明:与凸头连接相比,多钉沉头连接对钉载分配有一定的改善作用;钉孔间隙和螺栓刚度对钉载分配影响显著,螺栓扭矩和金属板刚度对钉载分配有一定的影响,但并不明显;摩擦和沉头比对钉载分配的影响可以忽略不计。 A 3D finite element model of m ulti-countersunk bolt joint is established with ABAQUS. The tensile performanceof m ulti-bolt joint of composite laminate with metal plate is analyzed, the pin load distributions are calculated,and the effect of factors such as pin clearance, bolt torsion moment, height ratio on the load distributions areanalyzed. Results show that countersunk bolts can improve load distributions slightly compared with protrudingheadbolt for composite laminate joints. The pin clearance and bolt stiffness have great effect on loaddistributions, while the bolt torsion moment and metal plate stiffness have slightly effect, and the effect of frictionand height ratio can be ignored.
