摘要
分析了某不锈钢地铁车车体结构的特点,通过对其结构的简化,建立了该车体结构的有限元模型,借鉴了国内外的地铁车辆技术标准确定了载荷工况,计算并分析了该车体结构在各个工况下的应力情况,结果表明该车车顶弯梁处应力集中,通过提出一系列的改进方案,并对改进后车体强度进行计算分析.计算结果表明改进后的车体结构应力分布均匀,车顶应力集中的现象得到改善.
By analyzing the stmcture character of a metro vehicle stainless steel car body, a finite element modelof the car body is established. Basing on the technical standards of the metro vehicle, the load cases of thecar body are confirmed. Through analyzing the strain and stress in every load case and the mode of the carbody, the results show that the original stmcture design of the roof bow is not reasonable. A series of improvementschemes are proposed, and each kind of improved scheme is calculated and analyzed. The final resultsshow that the improved strength of the car body makes uniform stress distribution, and the phenomenon of stressconcentration is improved.
