美军海空指控体系协同的理论思考 被引量:2

On the Joint Command and Control of Air-Sea Battle Concept

摘要 美军自2009年提出"空海一体战"作战构想以来,一直致力于通过解决一系列核心能力问题来提升联合作战能力.但是作为两个独立军种,指控体系从原则和特点上都有很大不同,要实现一体化协同还存在很多难点.通过对指控体系中各个要素的分析,对美军海空指控体系融合的努力进行了理论探讨. The defense departments of US are working to overcome those obstacles for realizing Air-Sea Battle concept. The jointcommand and control will be a demanding job that no one can overlook. The paper gives an in-depth study on how to practice theconcept by combining the two command and control systems.
