校企联合培养生物技术应用型人才的探索——“凯普生物班”办学实践与思考

校企联合办学是培养应用型人才的有效途径之一.为充分发挥学校与企业双方优势,更好地为社会、为企业培养应用型人才,韩山师范学院与潮州凯普生物化学有限公司联合办学,成立了"凯普生物班",为企业定制培养应用型生物技术人才.该班采用"3+1订单式合作培养模式",第4年开设企业开发课程,课程讲师主要由凯普公司相关部门工程师或主管担任.经过一年的联合办学,彰显资源共享优势,"凯普生物班"学生的实践技能、应用能力及综合素养显著提高.

Colleges and enterprises coalition and cooperation is one of the effective ways to cultivate ap-plied talents.In order to give full play to the advantage of both colleges and enterprises,Hanshan Normal Uni-versity and Guangdong Kaipu Biological Technologies Co.,Ltd.founded“Kaipu biological class”jointly to train appled talents for the society and enterprise,and to cultivate customizingly applied biotechnology talents for enterprises.The class uses the“3+1”order type cooperation training mode,the enterprise development course is started in the fourth academic year and the instructors are mainly served by the related department en-gineers or supervisors from Kaipu company. Resource sharing advantage have prominented after a year of joint education,and students’practical skills,application ability and comprehensive quality were significantly im-proved .
