摘要
凤凰单丛茶香型香气独特,历来是评价凤凰单丛茶品质优劣的重要指标.文章综述了凤凰单丛茶的香型香气研究背景、研究方法、香气特征、香气形成影响因素等,对凤凰单丛茶香型香气的研究进行了回顾总结并展望其研究前景及方向.
Aromatic compounds are important quality parameters of Fenghuang Dancong Tea. This paper reviews the backgrounds and methods of aromatic research of Fenghuang Dancong Tea, and the characteristic and determinants of it.The prospect and direction of research on the aromatic in Fenghuang Dancong Tea are also pointed out.
