中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating herpes zoster in the integrative medicine

目的:客观评价中西医结合治疗带状疱疹的疗效,重点分析提升带状疱疹患者疗效的临床方法。方法:以随机方式选择本院门诊2013年6月-2015年6月收治的33例带状疱疹患者(实验组),予中西医结合治疗;同时选取33例带状疱疹患者(对照组),予西医治疗,观察所有入选患者治疗情况,对各项数据进行客观比较。结果:上述入选病患中,实验组入选病患有效率为96.97%,对照组为75.76%,两组比较有差距(P<0.05);实验组入选病患有2例(6.06%)出现不良反应,对照组有3例(9.09%),没有发现显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗带状疱疹有助于提升患者临床效果,减少不良反应形成,提升远期疗效,推广。

Objective： To evaluate effcacy of the integrative medicine on herpes zoster, and analyze the clinical method to improve the effect on herpes zoster. Methods： 33 cases of herpes zoster （the experimental group） were selected from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital outpatient, and were treated in the integrative medicine. 33 cases of herpes zoster （the control group） were selected, and given western medicine. The treatment situation was observed; the data was compared objectively. Results： The effciency was 96.97% in the experimental group, and 75.76% in the control group,P〈0.05. 2 cases （6.06%） suffered from adverse reactions in the experimental group; and 3 cases （9.09%） suffered from adverse reactions in the control group. The difference was not signiifcant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine on herpes zoster can improve the clinical effcacy and long term effcacy, control adverse reaction formation, was worth promoting.
