摘要 将几种常用无卤阻燃剂与聚氨酯树脂共混,涂覆于合成革基布制备了阻燃型合成革湿法贝斯,燃烧实验结果表明:包覆红磷和氢氧化铝协同阻燃效果最佳;通过TGA和SEM分析了包覆红磷和氢氧化铝对聚氨酯热稳定性和燃烧性能的影响;并对包覆红磷和氢氧化铝的添加配比量进行了探讨,当包覆红磷为15%,氢氧化铝为20%时,贝斯的极限氧指数(LOI)从18.5%提高到28.4%,阻燃等级达到UL-94V-0级. A flame-retarded synthetic leather base was prepared by mixed of some common halogen-free flame retardants and polyurethane resin and coated it on the synthetic leather substrate. The combustion experiment results show that the synergistic flame-retarding effect of the encapsulated red phosphorus and aluminium hydroxide is the optimal. In this paper,TGAand SEM are used to analyze the effects of the encapsulated red phosphorus and aluminium hydroxide on the thermostability and flammability of polyurethane (PU ) , and the additional matching of the encapsulated red phosphorus and aluminium hydroxide is also studied. When the encapsulated red phosphorus is 15 % , aluminium hydroxide is 20 % , theLimiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of the base is increased from 18. 5 % to 28. 4 % and the flame retardant rating could reach UL-94 V-0 level.
