摘要
佛山市家庭(综合)服务中心在发展中取得了一定的成效,社工服务逐渐由点及面,实现精细化发展,能够帮助社区群众;但是也存在服务与需求契合度不高、两个中心定位不清且资源重叠、人员流失给服务带来断层等问题。基于广州、深圳的经验,佛山市可从三个方面推进社工家庭服务体系本土化建设:一是减少"政府配餐",邀请"群众点菜",满足社区多层次需求;二是明确两个中心的定位,进行资源整合,互补共创优质社区服务;三是推动员工专业成长,确保服务持续开展,形成本土人才团队。
Some progress has been achieved in the development of the Family integrated service centers in Foshan city. Social work services can help clients,the scope of services become wider. There are still some problems that the services and needs didn’ t match, the roles of the two centers are unclear so that the re-sources overlap, and faultage in the service personnel as a result of staff loss. According to the experience in Guangzhou and Shenzhen, there are three suggestions to achieve the localization in Foshan. Firstly, to invite the clients to talk about what they need, instead of assuming their needs when we design the services. Sec-ondly, the positions of the two centers need to be clear so that they can provide complementary services. Thirdly, promote the staffs’ professional growth and to achieve the localization of talents in order to keep the services continuously.
