摘要
现代学徒制是高职院校人才培养模式改革的途径之一,它在高职院校人才培养中存在多种教学模式,并且具有一定人才培养优势。现代学徒制人才培养模式受到政府、企业、学校和学生等多种因素影响,但是,只要根据高等职业教育特点制定出合适的现代学徒制人才培养目标和实施方案,该模式仍然可以表现出较好的人才培养效果。
Modem apprenticeship is one of the reforming modes for talent fostering in vocational colleges, which is influenced by many factors. The paper holds that modem apprenticeship is a better mode to cultivate students if the suitable plan of modem apprenticeship for talent fostering is made according to the vocational education traits.
