新疆少数民族大学生职业规划教育实践调查——以新疆农业大学为例

Investigation on Occupational Planning Education on Minority College Students in Xinjiang

近几年来,大学生就业难已成为社会课题,尤其是少数民族大学生就业问题更为严重。少数民族地区高校的人才培养也面临较大挑战。因此对大学生开展职业规划和就业指导教育显得尤为重要。本研究以新疆农业大学开展的职业规划教育实践为研究对象,采用问卷调查法和个别案例访谈相结合的研究方法,以少数民族大学生为调查对象,对新疆农业大学开展的职业规划教育的内容、方法、效果等问题进行调查,分析影响职业规划教育实践效果的各种因素,并提出优化职业规划教育实践的思路,以期提高少数民族大学生就业率。

Occupational planning and employment guidance are the most important for college graduates to choose their future career. Tne occupational planning will help students know their characters, their merits and demerits, their career orientation, etc. to reduce their confusion in employment. The occupational planning will make students work out self-perfection scheme to promote their comprehensive ability and practical skills step by step and it will also help students to strengthen their competition ability in employment.
