摘要
Me-too药开发是利用已知药物的作用机制和构效关系,通过对先导化合物的结构修饰,获得疗效更好、更安全的专利新药的模拟创新策略。本文介绍了当前Me-too药的发展现状,并结合专利审查实践中遇到的问题,从Me-too药创造性与研发策略的角度作了讨论和建议。
Me-too drugs development is a kind of follow-up innovation strategy which utilizes known drug action mechanism and structure-activity relationship by ways of structural modification of the lead compound to obtain more effect, more secure new patent medicines. This paper introduces the current situation of Me-too drugs, and provides discussions and suggestions from the perspective of the inventive aspect and research ＆ development strategy of Me-too drugs combined with the problems encountered in the practice of patent examination.
