摘要
CIGS光吸收层的制备工艺在CIGS薄膜太阳能电池的生产中起着关键性作用。本文主要介绍了CIGS光吸收层的真空沉积和非真空沉积的方法,以及国内相关专利的研究,以期能够有助于制备工艺的进一步研究。
The preparation of CIGS light absorbing layer plays an important role in the manufacturing of CIGS thinfilm solar cell. It mainly introduces methods about vacuum deposition and non-vacuum deposition of CIGS light absorbing layer and analysis on related domestic patents in this paper, expecting to help for the future reseach on the preparation methods.
