The paper summarizes and analyzes the generation and disposal cases of hazardous wastes in Guangdongprovince and unscrambles the relevant government policies. Based on the defects of the current administrative system andmarket collocation, the paper points out that the government intervention and market competition are the key means in promotingthe industry’s healthy development.
