住宅屋面漏水一直是建筑工程施工质量的大敌,在建筑渗漏中最为普遍。所以,在建筑防水工程施工中必须有效防治屋面渗漏。住宅外墙渗漏的现象较为普遍,外墙饰面层的变色、脱落,室内墙面、窗台渗水,一般都是因外墙渗漏引起。对住宅屋面渗漏、外墙渗漏的原因进行全面分析,提出各种有效的治理方法和措施。

Residential roofing leakage has always been the big trouble of building engineering construction quality, which is most common in architectural leakage. Therefore, i t should make effective prevention in the building waterproof engineering construction. Exterior wall leakage is common in daily l ife, the discolour and drop of roofing finishing coat as well as interior metope and windowsill leakage are generally caused by exterior leakage. By analyzing the causes of residential roofing and exterior leakage, this paper proposed various effective treatment methods and countermeasures.
