摘要
经济的发展有效地带动了交通运输的进步,路桥施工行业也迎来了更加广阔的发展空间。在激烈的市场竞争下,如何对路桥施工项目进行管理也成为当前路桥施工行业都在关注的重点问题。在分析路桥施工项目管理特殊性的基础上,阐述了我国路桥施工项目管理中存在的问题,提出了一些管理启示,希望可以为我国的路桥施工项目管理提供参考。
The economic development has effectively promoted the advancement of transportation, road and bridge construction industry has also ushered in a broader space for development. In the fierce market competition, how to manage road and bridge construction projects has become the key issue to concern. On the basis of analyzing the particularity of road and bridge construction project management, this paper expounded problems of China＇s road and bridge construction project management and made some management revelation, hoping to provide a reference for the management of road and bridge construction project.
