摘要
针对现有电子液压制动系统的不足,设计一种双动力源电子液压制动系统。该系统可对制动主缸液压力和踏板感觉进行独立主动控制,实现踏板行程与液压力的解耦。建立了仿真模型进行仿真,结果表明,其功能满足设计要求且相对现有电子液压制动系统有优越性。最后搭建了试验台架进行试验,得到了相同的结论。
Aiming at the defects of existing electro-hydraulic brake system,a kind of dual power-source electro-hydraulic brake system is designed. The system can perform independent active control over the hydraulic pressure of master brake cylinder and braking pedal feeling,achieving the decoupling between pedal travel and hydraulic forces. Then a model is built and a simulation is conducted with a result showing that the function of the system designed meets design requirements and is superior to the existing electro-hydraulic brake system. Finally a test bench is constructed and a verification test is carried out with a same conclusion obtained as simulation.
