摘要
为了确定CJ2000称量机中振动给料器对钼、钨以及钕铁硼粉体在工作过程中的最佳工作参数,搭建了测试平台。将插门高度、粗给料电压、细给料电压这三个参数作为本试验的试验因素,利用正交试验方法对掺杂钼粉进行试验,并对测试的结果进行处理分析,最终获得设备称量速度以及精度的较优运行参数组为插门高度18mm,粗给料电压194V,细给料电压165V。
A test platform was set up for determining the optimal operating parameters of vibratory feeder on CJ2000 weighing machine,during the working process of Mo,W and Nd-Fe-B powder.An orthogonal test was taken with mixed Mo powder,while three parameters of plug height,coarse feed voltage and fine feed voltage was made as the experimental factors,and the test results were analyzed.Conclusively,to achieving the desired weighing speed and accuracy,the optimum operating parameters respectively should be the plug height at 18mm,the coarse feed voltage at 194V and the fine one at 165V.
