等渗饮料其渗透压基本上与人体正常渗透压相同。能促使人的体液趋向正常,恢复机能作用,在体育运动、强体力劳动、矿工作业等方面起到重要作用,本文综述了等渗饮料的发展、成分及功能作用以及发展趋势,以期为等渗饮料行业发展提供依据。
The osmotic pressure of the beverage is basically the same as that of the human body.It can promote the body＇s body fluids to be normal,restore function,and play an important role in sports,physical la-bor and miners.The development,composition and function of the iso-osmotic beverage were summarized with the purpose of providing useful information for the further development of iso-osmotic beverage industry.
