摘要
利用电感耦合等离子体质谱对饮用水中的Pb、As、Cd三种重金属测定不确定度进行分析,通过考察准溶液的配制、曲线拟合以及仪器测量重复性等因素对于待测元素不确定度的影响,标准溶液配制是ICP-MS测定饮用水中铅砷镉不确定度的主要影响因子,仪器重复性影响最小。
The research aimed to evaluate uncertainty of the Pb,As and Cd in groundwater by ICP-MS. Though the main influence factors：standard solution preparation,curve fitting and equipment measurement re-peatability affecting uncertainty were analyzed.The standard solution preparation was main influence factor for uncertainty,and repeated measurement influence of the equipment was smaller.
