摘要
总结了初粘性、持粘和剥离强度等压敏胶产品性能与其粘弹性的关系,介绍了基于分子流变学模型来设计新型压敏胶产品的开发思路。将化学产品性能转化为材料物理性质,并建立物理性质与分子结构、材料聚集态结构模型,根据模型进行面向市场需求的结构设计和新产品开发,可大大缩短新产品开发周期、节约开发成本,是化学产品工程的核心研究方式。此外,对最近仿壁虎"干胶"的进展也作了介绍,与现有可逆胶相比,其粘结强度大幅度提高,有望在诸多领域有广泛的应用前景。
The progress of the relationships between the end-user performances like loop tack,shear time,and peel strength and the material viscoelasticity was reviewed.A new methodology to develop a new product,which is based on a molecular rheology model correlating viscoelasticity with molecular structures and morphology of pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA),was introduced.This methodology allows engineers to tailor-make new PSAs responding to the market needs by rational structural design,which would greatly shorten the developing time period of a new PSA and save the developing cost.Additionally,the breakthrough in Gecko-like dry adhesive was also introduced.Compared to the current reversible adhesives,the up-to-date Gecko-like dry adhesive showed much higher peel strength,showing high application promising.
