不同处理方法对木塑复合材料耐候性的影响 被引量:2

The effect of weatherability properties of wood plastic composites treated by different methods

摘要 分别将常规WPC、添加紫外光稳定剂WPC、表面共挤WPC和表面涂覆WPC,通过户外自然耐候性、土壤腐蚀耐候性和湿热氧耐候性三种测试,对比分析测试前后各组试样色差和力学性能变化。结果表明:在三种不同环境下,WPC测试前后色差和力学强度变化幅度由大到小排序为:土壤腐蚀耐候性>户外自然耐候性>湿热氧耐候性。三种WPC处理方式中,表面共挤WPC对三种不同环境下的耐候性均较为优异,且力学强度降幅最小。表面涂覆WPC与紫外光稳定剂WPC仅对户外自然耐候性有一定效果,且前者优于后者,但对土壤腐蚀耐候性和湿热氧耐候性效果不明显。 Weatherability properties of common WPC, WPC added UV stabilizer, WPC of surface co-extrusion and WPC of surface coating were tested in natural outdoor weathering, soil corrosion and wet-heat-oxidation environment. The color differences and mechanical strengths for different group specimens were comparatively analyzed before and after tests. The results showed that the changes of color difference and mechanical strength were ranked as: soil corrosion natural outdoor weathering wet-heat-oxidation. Different groups WPC, WPC of surface co-extrusion appeared excellent weatherability properties under three types of testing conditions. WPC of surface coating and WPC added UV stabilizers were only effective resistance on natural outdoor weathering, and the former was better than the latter, however, there were almost no improvements on soil corrosion and wet-heat-oxidation.
