木(竹)粉-NaHCO_3外加剂对氯氧镁水泥水化放热特性以及抗折强度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过在氯氧镁水泥中添加NaHCO_3以改善其耐水性。同时加入木(竹)粉来增强氯氧镁水泥的力学性能,并测试水化放热、抗折强度等相关性能。结果表明:NaHCO_3的加入延缓了水泥的水化进程,降低了水化放热总量和抗折强度,且添加量越大,这种抑制效果越明显。同时添加氧化镁质量的5%竹粉和3%NaHCO_3时,氯氧镁水泥的抗折强度以及耐水性为最好。 Abstrct: We added NaHCO3 to the magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC) to improve the waterproof. In the meantime,adding wood(bamboo) powder to the MOC, then the hydration characteristics and the flexural strength would be studied.. The result shows that the NaHCO3 can delay the hydration process of the MOC, reduce the exothermic amount and weaken the flexural strength. And those effects will be more obvious with the additive amount of NaHCO3 increasing. When adding 5% bamboo powder and 3% NaHCO3, the MOC got the best flexural strength and softening coefficient。
