摘要
对比分析了水、脲醛树脂胶黏剂和酚醛树脂胶黏剂在毛竹竹片的竹青侧与竹黄侧弦切面的接触角,并测试了不同胶合面间的胶合强度,以优化竹集成材的结构。试验结果表明,竹青侧弦切面的润湿性能比竹黄侧弦切面差;两竹青侧弦切面间的胶合强度最差,而两竹黄侧弦切面间的胶合强度最好。根据胶合强度的差异、材料弯曲力学原理、竹材本身的组织结构差异,建议竹集成材的组坯采用对称原则、偶数层原则,或采用工字结构板材,以提高竹集成材的物理力学性能。
In order to optimize the structure of bamboo laminate, the contact angles of three kinds of liquids on the section near outer skin(OS section) or the section inner skin(IS section) of bamboo(Phyllostachyspubescens) strips were determined, which included distilled water orurea-formaldehyde adhesive(UF) or phenol formaldehyde adhesive(PF), and then the bonding strengths glued between different sections were determined. The results show: the wetability of the section near outer skin was worse than the section near inner skin; and the bonding strength between two OS for sections was the lowest, while the bonding strength between two IS sections was highest.So, according to the difference of bonding strength glued between vary sections, and mechanics principle, and the organization of bamboo, a symmetry principle and an even-numberedprinciple or and the structure were recommended to form the mat for bamboo laminate, in order to improve the physicaland mechanics performance of the bamboo laminate.
