摘要
文章根据实验数据,运用熵分析的方法,分析了工程机械空调制冷循环中有用能的损失,其中压缩机消耗的有用能为33.7%,膨胀阀(节流)消耗的有用能为22%,冷凝器消耗的有用能为17.6%,蒸发器消耗的有用能为11.8%,其他部件消耗的有用能为14.9%。在此基础上提出可以采取减小压缩比和传热温差的方法降低有用能的损失。
Through the test, entropy analysis method was used to analyse the loss of useful energy during the refrigeration cycle of construction machinery air conditioner. Among all the useful energy, 33.7% was consumed by the compressor, 22% was consumed by expansion valve(throttle), 17.6% was consumed by condenser, 11.8%was consumed by evaporator, 14.9% was consumed by other parts. On the basis of the above, it is suggested that the method can reduce the loss of useful energy by reducing the compression ratio and heat transfer temperature difference.
