关节镜下射频微创治疗老年跟痛症的疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 跟痛症（calcaneodynia）是一种慢性劳损性疾病，是老年人常见病之一。对保守治疗无效的顽固性跟腱炎患者需要手术治疗。2003年3月至2015年2月我们采用关节镜下等离子刀（TOPAZ）微创治疗跟腱炎32例，取得满意的效果。
